I figured out my solutions a good while ago and they’re almost foolproof each time A massage ball around the size of a baseball that I roll my back over on repeatedly at the spot that hurts most If it’s the upper back hurting, I pull my arms back, as if to prepare for an upright push up, and lean forward - u should feel the pressure at ur back, where it hurts most If it’s my lower back hurting, I fill my stomach with air and push my abdominal muscles outward, almost like pretending to be pregnant, as hard as I can until I feel my back ache Hopefully this works for u guys - I’ve never taught this to anyone else but these have been amazing solutions for me that I came to on my own

Stretching really helps me through out the day

I haven't found anything that prevents the pain. I was in a brace and PT for a couple years then told I was good to go. It always hurts, back, hips, knees, everything. But sleeping with pillows under my side and between my knees at night usually eases the pain- after a hot shower of course.

I usually stretch thoroughly, to the point it aches. Leg and hip stretches in all directions, toe reaches standing and sitting, etc.
