depression so bad I contemplate why bother living, I'm a very happy bubbly positive person but no one to recharge me

      Don’t worry. I feel this too. Best thing you can do for yourself is heal yourself. Set out certain times in the day to take care of yourself and check in with yourself. Using people to feel better only leads to depending on doing activities with others to distract yourself. Taking a shower, meditation, making a snack, watching a show you like, finding a hobby you can learn, and a lot of other things can help you learn more about yourself and challenge the depression. Best way to combat those feelings is doing things even when you are unmotivated!

      You can't always rely on someone else to help when you're recharging. For me, being around people when I'm trying to recharge makes me feel even more drained. You could maybe try listening to some upbeat music or reading a new book series? Things like that can promote a change in mood.
