Dealing with Anxiety: Medication and Coping Strategies

I have been using gummies. Thank goodness I live in a state where Marijuana is legal. My anxiety has been crazy. Prices are up on everything. We either eat or put gas in the truck. There is just not enough help right now.

I have constant anxiety even without a cause sometimes. Overthinking is a main perpetrator. How I deal with it is I listen to music or watch YouTube for a little while until I can feel less stressed, I also have Xanax (lowest dosage possible) and when things get way too bad it helps me a lot. Some days when it's too hard I have to call someone close to me or hug my boyfriend and just try to think about other things for a bit.
