Dealing with Chronic Pain from SOD

I know this is an old post, but I have found that buscopan and diazepam help with the spasms and diclofenac suppositories with the actual pain. 🤗

So I don’t have this diagnosed for myself but my symptoms are pretty consistent but with normal lab tests. I found that sparkling water helps. Also magnesium supplements. They help with “muscle” spasms. Another thing I’ve tried to adding ginger to my diet. Avoiding fatty foods at all costs. Some dietary supplements might help. What are your symptoms like? And when do they happen?
