I'm poly, in 2 long distance and 1 local relationship. I SHOULD be happy with all that's happening, especially having 3 loving and healthy relationships, but in the back of my head I'm waiting for misery to come, I'm waiting for heartbreak. I am waiting to completely mess this up.

      What always helps me is reminding myself that if things must eventually come to an end, I should make the most of a relationship while I have it. Oftentimes I just end up happier overall because I'm not as worried about the future as I am the present moment 💖

      I'm in a relationship, I'm also poly but my partner isn't so I'm always imagining how it feels to be loved by 2 women. I'd feel complete but in your case, I feel like you don't feel understood so you're looking for validations.
