Struggling to Find Psychiatric Help

why does fininding psychiatric help so impossible. I finally found a place after 2 years now the doctor is literally paying games with me. he was a half an hour late for our meeting because of weak reception @ his house then he told me he was sending medication last week never did and told me to set up an appointment in 2 weeks to see how the medicine is working..... but he has not returned my phone calls since nor sent the medicine also he just hung up and ended the appointment instead of making my appointment with me... which he does himself.
