Having social anxiety for as long as I have sometimes feels like it won't go away or get any better. Has anyone else felt like they've managed to find a "hack" that helps then control panic attacks when having to face being out?

      The best thing for me is to acknowledge the fact that the panic attack that I feel right now will go away pretty soon

      It's gotten the point to me where I'll practice as much as I can and if I have to be somewhere, I do it early in the morning so I'm not sitting around all day getting more anxious. I also noticed that people's faces tend to blur for me and that makes it way easier but sucks for meeting people
