so I downloaded an app to help me clean my house and have notifications on what day to do things. it made me feel a lot less stressed and I also downloaded a workout app that u can do stuff in bed if ur to depressed to get out of bed. well thats how I took it lol but im making progress and just wanted to share that with everyone. I've been pretty down lately and extremely stressed out to where I've lost 20 pounds and thats not good for my height
