Hello! I just wanted to share something for those who struggle with depression and I wanna say I know how it is and it's difficult to get out of bed but don't be so hard on yourself, you have a hard time, so do I and so do others, give yourself a break, be easy on yourself, don't be negative about yourself, be positive. it takes a step to get to another. take baby steps and find yourself some motivation, give yourself a reason, go out to the store get a few things you like, forget the opinions of sheeps and get out there do what you like, filp others out if thar makes you feel better but never be hard on yourself, treat yourself like a queen/king because when you got nobody? who the hell do you have? you have yourself, first be happy to be alone before you get in a relationship to feel valued and love it will not last long you'll always feel the missing piece, feel left out, unloved, uncared for, we all have difficult times it's nothing new, go out find friends if you find it hard to have friends then you can call me a friend I'll be here for you but you gotta love yourself, because if you don't you're missing out, if you feel like you see a flaw and beat yourself up about it don't do that, like if you have eye bags you wanna get rid of go get disco stick or eye cream do it everyday and let that ignite the love you have for yourself, have bad acne? stare at that acne for hours won't change anything, find a product that works the most, no oil, good diet, clean room/house/apt or whatever give yourselves confidence, feeling frustrated is normal and okay just give yourself some time and please shower yourself some love, who cares of the peoples opinions, if yoy need anybody I'm here with all love ❤️ I love my flaws, I love your flaws it's what makes you different and unique

I've been laying here crying for the last 20 minutes, haven't been able to get out of bed for two days, then I suddenly get a notification that lead me here. I really needed to see this. Thank you so much kind stranger. Please take care of yourself as well. ❤️

❤️❤️❤️thank you, you are a lovely person 💕💕💕
I appreciate the sentiment, but I ultimately disagree with the message. Sometimes things are too hard for one person to handle on their own. No amount of wishing or willpower can magically change reality. For me, the motivation is more about stubbornness. Fighting the good fight. One of the few things that kept me going was this: People regret most what they didn't do. I had to keep trying because at least then I could say that in all honesty I'd done my best. It didn't mean the situation didn't suck. It didn't mean there weren't things I *could not* do in my own. But, it left just the tiniest sense of peace. My favorite thing to recommend for depression is to read Hyperbole and a Half: Adventures in Depression. She writes about it in such a visceral way. I could never explain it so well. And she ends with this: Sometimes, when you think there is nothing ahead of you but a wasteland of bullshit and you can't see the other side... Then the not knowing that everything is bullshit feels strangly hopelike.
