For fibromyalgia my meds are: lyrica 2-3x daily, savella 2x daily, and cannabis oil as needed. I used to be on gabapentin, but switched to lyrica several years ago due to bad side effects. Magnesium bath flakes and "fibrocare" hypoallergenic cream have both been very helpful as well (those are both non-rx)

What pain pill meds help you best?

Unfortunately, I’m having to get a pain pump implant. Right now, I’m on a lot of pain meds. Due to other illnesses I can’t be on any anti inflammatory or neurological medication. I’ve always been at a disadvantage with treatment regarding fibromyalgia. All I can do is pain pills & coping skills to manage stress. I tried to do different stretching techniques but it’d just cause a flare.
