Are you an introverted highly sensitive person?

✋ Between my wiring and PTSD, who knows if it is natural or trauma created, but I prefer very few people when socializing and I need my hermit time to recover.

I am, but I may have been a trained introvert, not a natural one. I used to be very soft spoken and submissive as a child, aging I wouldve grown out of it if it werent for trauma
