Hi all, am new here, well what can I say, I guess we all in the same boat, looking for friends to share our experiences. I am 63yrs old, 3 daughters, 9 grandkids and 2 greatgrandkids...I have a couple of really good friends, but I feel alone 90% of the time, am sick of being in pain and not being able to do the things I'd like to do. My PTSD is very prevalent at the moment and I just don't know what to do.

I'm nearly 50 and struggle just getting about the house, the thought of going out sometimes is worse than just doing it,. I have two grandkids but they live about 45 minutes away. The sheer thought of spending another few years like this worries me terribly, I do try to remain positive but when the pain is as bad as it has been it's really difficult to keep positive 😪 x

I am in the same boat. I’m 65 and my anxiety does not help to get me out of my house. I have 2 grandchildren. Neither of them live near me.
