Sometimes, I just wanna cut my stomach because it is the body part I hate the most. When I drink I feel more like doing it. I need a friend. PLEASE!!!

Okay so here's the thing. What you're describing sounds worse than what I deal with, but something that's helped me a lot with really uncomfortable intrusive thoughts is actually just kind of letting them happen. My hatred and fear about it makes it worse and makes it more likely for the thought to keep spinning around in my brain and making me feel crazy. My therapist gave me a metaphor that I like about intrusive thoughts- instead of trying to force yourself to let go, try "loosening your grip". Over time most of my intrusive thoughts got a lot better just with that- although of course it's also important to work on the underlying issues with body image/confidence etc, I wish I had a quick bit of advice about that
