Feeling Down on a Gloomy Day

I always get a bit down when it starts getting cold, i get cold easily so i always just end up curled in bed not wanting to do anything all day. It helps me to put on some fuzzy socks, warm pajamas or comfy clothes, and maybe sit with some family and watch a movie with skme hot choco. Warm drinks can do wonders for the soul
