If there were one answer, anxiety wouldn't be so prevalent 😂 So many of us struggle for our own reasons. I went through CBT and take meds. I also do breathing exercises, aroma therapy, and I have a mantra. This one works for my issues "I am safe. I am loved. I control what happens to me". That last line was a hard learned lesson. I can let something bother me or not. I can stay angry or not. I can feel like a victim or a survivor. The attitude you chose is up to you.
