      I just had a regression recently where I can't remember a lot of what happened after the trauma I experienced caused a 3 week emotional flashback. Reading cPTSD: Surviving to Thriving has been bringing back a LOT of repressed memories from childhood about the way my parents would treat me

        @markiplier ♡ I get that. I'll put somthing down and then immediately forget where I put it. I remember some of my childhood and lately I've been remembering more. But when it comes to that or things I need to do... I forget to put them in my calander before I have a chance to. I'm sorry you are dealing with this as well ♡ and nice username

          @sillypotate Haha thanks im surprised this wasn’t taken! and something my therapist told me to do (and yes it might seem tedious) is put it in either a notes app or google docs and date it then go over what you did at the end of the day and it’ll help a lottt then if you forget what you did let’s say a week ago you can just check the notes!
