this is more of a rant, but if you want to give advice feel free. this hasn't been a good week, I've been struggling with my depression. my glasses broke and I have terrible eye sight (around -7) and they keep getting worse. I didn't sleep last night despite being extremely tired because my arm kept popping out of place and I had classes today. I keep falling asleep and it's frustrating. I've gotten behind because of hiw tired I am and I don't know how to ask for help. I feel like a failure by admitting I'm struggling with my classes and that my depression has gotten so bad. so when people ask, I lie. I know I don't need to, but it's an automatic response.

I'm thinking of getting a new pillow to prevent my shoulder from doing its thing when I want to sleep, sorry you're going thru this is not going to get better so I would invest in a pillow that can give you the support for your shoulder

I definitely know what you mean. I can say the strongest and bravest thing we can do is admit we need help. Maybe lay out what resulted in what, “because I had this event, it affected this task. I could have don’t this different/I was not in control of this. I can change this/I need help with this”. That’s helped me at least
