Has eating/Drinking become a sensorry issue for anyone else? I get this occasional and horrible situation where eating/drinking is way to much for me sensory wise and every time I think about it, it makes me want to avoid eating/drinking even more, and I've tried to force myself to drink something once but immediately spit it out because I got the feeling in my body to get it out as ASAP. It's only occasional that tgis happens, but does this happen to anyone else?

Only drinking for me, sometimes it becomes very hard for me to swallow water & then I get dehydrated (it’s actually more likely to happen if I’m already dehydrated).
