Celebrating Small Victories in Eating Disorder Recovery

hi I just wanted to say I feel proud of myself for eating a little bit more everyday. there's still a voice in my head thats like "why can't u do better." but I'm trying to be compassionate for myself. I hope one day I can express my joy in real life without being shamed or not understood by my mom ;_;
