Frequency of Meltdowns and Shutdowns in Autism

They're very rare for me but I had one a few days ago at work. I probably only have ones that bad twice a year. Maybe that will increase since I started working again.

Depends on how much I have going on situationally. Generally I range between 2 a week or 2 a month. I'm usually more sensative in waves, where it'll happen repeatedly through the weeks for a while, and then ill hit a smooth comfy spot in life where ill only have 2 in the whole month.
