Are there any medications for tinnitus

I tried several supplements swearing results I got no relief and I did them faithfully for 90 days Some comments were it helped some and it wasn’t as loud I had no relief. I do notice if I’m stressed it’s gets louder.

There are over the counter supplements some people say helped them. I have not tried them myself. However I noticed my tinnitus intensifies when I have a neck and head pain. Or when my blood pressure goes up above normal.

I wish!

None that I've found that helps. I just want this ringing to stop.
