      @Venwolfra mine started from a sexual assault at the hands of my boyfriend at the time when I was 16. Then some more abuse, a couple car accidents, deaths in the family (including pets) have just built on top of that.

      Hi, I also just got on here. Figured it was worth a shot. I have PTSD but as its been multiple different traumatic experiences over the years I wonder if it might actually be cptsd

        @freyaslady when did the trauma start? My understanding is cptsd is a type that starts when developing, AKA childhood. At least, that's the type I have.

      I was just recently diagnosed with this and have been going to therapy to process my trauma - how's your therapy been? Love you friend :)

        @JeffBezos I'm sorry to hear that, but I am glad you are getting help! I havent been to therapy lately, lots of changes happening. Soon I'll go back. I recommend also Journaling.
