for the last couple months my depression and anxiety has been at an all time high, and these last few weeks have been worse. I feel like I've burst out in tears at least once a day and even when I'm with the people I love or I'm just having a nice moment with someone I can barley enjoy it because of how depressed and anxious I am. I wish I could stop beacuse it's ruining all my days and I just want to have one day where I don't burst out in tears or take it out on someone close to me beacuse I don't know how to deal with this.

I'm so sorry!! I've felt so much the same way recently and it sucks. I can't say it gets better for either of us but we can count on things changing. Change will always happen

Have there been recent changes in your life, like hormonal changes (pregnancy/birth control), diet changes, medication changes, lifestyle changes, big life events?

@Heatherbee oh definitely all of them I'm trying to find a therapist or physiatrist to talk to beacuse it's starting to get too much that's affecting my day to day life

@micah_1234 if it's recent changes that are really effecting your mood more than usual it means that it will eventually end and things will settle which is really good! I'm glad you're looking for a therapist they can really help. When I'm super depressed and crying every day I try to keep in mind that eventually this time in your life will be a memory and you in the future will look back on it and smile at how much you've grown
