heyy I guess I'll start with I feel kinda alone, I have delt with mental health issues for the past 10 years and I have found that most people have experienced some kind of mental health issue in their life so it's easier for me to open up about my own mental health. however now I'm experiencing endometriosis that has now causing chronic pain I don't really know how to open up about it, cos most people just look at you in pitiful way when I'm having a bad day then I feel like I have to reassure them that it's fine and I'm okay. but I'm really not and it kinda hurts me having to lie, I think only my partner knows the true extent of what's going on.
