I'm a transgender woman. I've had gender confirmation surgery. About 8 years ago. I was told to make sure I dialate once a day.. But I've stopped. I need to know where I can find a list of problems and symptoms of not dilating. Please help.

This one seems a bit more specific about how often you should be dilating (1-2 times per week) https://healthcare.utah.edu/transgender-health/docs/vaginoplasty-dilator-instructions.pdf

Do you have any doctors you like or trust? Could you talk to them about it?

It sounds like the main concern is vaginal stenosis. Here’s what I found via a quick Google https://transgendersurgerynyc.com/vaginoplasty/vaginal-dilation-after-penile-inversion-vaginoplasty/

This is just hearsay, but from what I hear, you can lose depth if you don't
