Hello everyone! I really wanted to ask you all about heat intolerance. I specifically have excessive sweat above my shoulders. I see a cardiologist for tilt table test (I have all the symptoms and have been working on getting a diagnosis for years). but my heat intolerance is the absolute most embarassing thing for me. What works really well for you? I have pcos and adhd as well.
