Do you have any tips for self injection? What size needles etc? I have been getting injections every few months with the nurse, but it costs so much out of pocket that I keep missing doses, and it's really affecting my health.

Same ..I have self injected for 3 years now ....I was a midwife before I developed sub acute combined degeneration of the cord. So it's no biggy ...I self inject my prescription and top up myself x
