Feeling Ignored and Disrespected

I pretty much have few to no boundaries in some areas. It’s a skill that can be improved, but it definitely won’t be easy. I struggle with either getting too invested and attached to people too soon or just cutting them off completely. Nuances are difficult for me😂

I'm horrible with boundaries. Especially ones related to time. I hate waiting for things like answers, and I get super anxious and try to push.

That's how I feel with my parents right now. They think that they can just ignore my boundaries when I've set them. 😥
