I do origami. You just need some paper and your hands. It helps boost mood and promote mindfulness as well as decrease anxiety, stress and depression. It also improves memory, focus and concentration. Also it's great for fine motor skills. There are all levels of origami, from beginning to advanced. There are lots of tutorials on YouTube! Check it out. Just a suggestion.š

I'm the same way, my boredom gets overwhelming anymore and it always feels like it's about to be a switch into hypomania

I started crochet back in December and it's really helped me. I just wish I could do it more often! I also find that coloring or drawing helps too.
I write a lot of poetry personally. Could just be a couple of thoughts thinking of some unique metaphor or imagery to tie it together then boom. I also just like drawing cool images I find on pinterest then adding paint. Low stress of not having to wait till I'm inspired enough to come up with something original, and I still usually come up with something that makes me proud.
i find things to obsess over. try tv shows, movies and music. i find a few things and then i cycle through them. recently I've been rewatching childhood shows and dissecting their influence on me. but i can find myself growing bored so I'll probably rewatch an excessively long series like community or how i met your mother. good luck!

@ojo I love community! Thanks for the suggestions
Honestly singing and painting and drawing has helped me a lot
@Pitifulpansy , consider doing some form of volunteer work. Perhaps something physical along with exercise . Guaranteed, youā will feel better about yourself. Donāt overdo it. Best for you!
