Hey, I've been struggling with mental health for as long as I can remember. I've got a new diagnosis of BPD and it seems to have clicked things into place. wondering if there are others like me.

      I have it... And I am not proud of it... It has almost destroyed my life... It explains a lot, honestly, but in the same breath... I hate that I am this way.

      Yep I have BPD as well. Got diagnosed last year..but I kind of knew for a few years I had it or rather I believed I did because it made so much sense!

      👍most definitely. I have BPD and bipolar. When I got this diagnosis a lot of stuff seemed to click that made absolutely no sense before

      Absolutely. I have my triggers. But I try to avoid the triggers. Associate myself with positive vibes. Positive attitude, positive people. But sometimes it's just simply unavoidable. At witch I suffer. But having a lot of coping skills I can minimize the suffering, but there is suffering
