I turn all my lights on in the house and blast either music or my TV as loud as it will go and it helps.

Can you build a fort? It sounds silly but I used to build a fort then hang out with my animals in it.

I understand where you are coming from. My neighbors were just letting them off in front of my house. They are so triggering. My dog and I do not like loud noises especially fireworks.
