Struggling with Food Aversion

@Kcmichelle I try to cycle through things and not eat any one thing for too long. Sometimes I eat things that I know will make me sick though... I just can't figure anything else out, or I have such a craving for something I shouldn't have. I have found (and it is a bit of a pain) that if I cook things vs ordering out. It usually fairs better for me because I can control the fiber, fat, and carbs. I usually do okay with rice, potatoes, and chicken. Ice cream is usually safe for me too.
