      For every meal I would intake around 30g-60g worth of carbohydrates. For every snack I would intake around 15g-30g of carbohydrates. Usually I would plan to eat 3 meals per day and 2-3 snacks. In total that would add up to a minimum of 135g of carbohydrates and around 360g maximum. I hope this helps šŸ’• I am a 5'2 woman weighing 125lbs. Based on size, I am sure this would change!
