Conflicting Information About My Stomach Issues

so I'm being told conflicting things about what's going on with my stomach. Supposedly I don't have gastroparesis because even thought I had 80% retention at three hours my stomach was empty at thr four hour mark. I walked a mile(I was given a break and I had to do something at my job real quick) in between then which isn't normal for me. The endoscopy showed signs of chronic gastritis and cecilac disease which I don't doubt! But the problem with just brushing it off as cecilac disease is that I've been down that road before, I've cut gluten and other stuff out before for almost a whole year and I didn't get better at all, not to mention there are a lot of symptoms that don't match with cecilac. Hopefully I can make another appointment and talk with my doctor about all of that.
