I am sorry you feel this way. I hate to be the one to ask if you have tried something but in October of 22 I started to take something called Bioflavonoids. $30 bottle for 200 pills in amazon. I took 1 a day and by the end of Oct. I realized I had not had any anxiety even when going to the Dr. I got them for an unrelated issue but seems they work well on anxiety and depression. Idk. Since then I have had one panic attack but I think it was more me putting my heart in a bad situation and it just started to beat to fast giving me the sensation of anxiety and difficulty breathing. I highly recomend them. The only side effect I have heard from my family was my sister told me they made her use the rr a bit more frequently. But honestly there is a chance it was unrelated. She only took them for about a week.

That's probably some of it, but Ive been on and off meds since elementary school. In therapy just as long. I am definitely tired of being alive.

Nothing I say can help but maybe you are missing an experience. Is there anything you want to add to your daily life and have just been thinking it would be useless? I've recently started to indulge in my hobbies a bit more and it helps to take my mind off things. Also I started taking some vitamin things that have basically removed my anxiety. Lemon Bioflavoniods. 1 pill a day and in about a month it was pretty much gone. Since october of 22. They are meant to help with bloodflow and tenitus but newish studies show the link. Also good for depression. $30 on amazon for 200 pills. I take 1 a day even though the bottle says 2 but i am sure that is so they can sell more.
@Moppy2.0 I cant get myself to do hobbies. I work and do nothing but miss my kids. I feel I will never make it back to them.
@FTW I’m so sorry. Just try one thing at a time. Shit, if you like to draw. Draw one line a day for a week. Then two and so on. Doesn’t matter how small the steps are just take them. 🫶🏽 you get my point
