My chest hurts for about a day

I literally went to hospital for the v she thing my anxiety was so bad the first 2 years of COVID I though I was having heart troublev and went to the ER they did echo and kept me and he ended up telling me I just need to relax it was hard because my heart is very anxious if you know understand what I'm saying

This has happened to me so many times! In high school i had to walk around with a heat pack for about a week after an er visit because of them. For me taking space from whatever is stressing me out helps a bit. Heat also really helps, and ice helps, but to a lesser degree for me.

I have. It's absolutely horrible. I have had them since I was a teenager. I've went to the er several times in the past. They kept sending me to a heart doctor until finally a Dr figured it out. I'm on meds and I still have that at times.

I have had that feeling many many times and it's so terrible and scary. I've never went to the ER for it but have for other things do to what turned out was my anxiety getting the best of me.

Yes, my anxiety induces my Costochondritis which has sent me to the ER due to feeling like a heart attack.
