Feeling Lost and Alone

This right here is the worst feeling ever I get like this sometimes some days I’m fine then next day here these thoughts go again like why why why it’s frustrating

i feel that too . it will soon pass. but the thoughts are still there. don't let it define you as a person. you need a distraction for a while.

I understand this too well I try to escape the thoughts through the internet. Try keeping your mind off these thoughts.
