@Momx3 Girrrrl... we must be kindred spirits. I was a Respiratory Therapist for a long time until everything got to be too much. Attitude has a lot to do with why I'm still here.🙏💕🙏💕🙏

I feel for ya Kerry. I'm the same way. Something is "wrong" with just about every organ in my body, and organ systems. I had a Left total knee replacement done several years ago. It was really great. I know you can reach your goal. Hang in there. It's harder when you already have a knee that's causing problems. Aquatic therapy was my life saver.

Yeah, I had my first scope on my knee done in 1998. I have 3 total and now need a total knee replacement. I've been dealing with arthritis since my early 20s. Most days I feel like I'm in my 90s. My great uncle was 98 when he passed away...he was in better health than me. Grant it he did have some issues, but not as many as me.

My psych has told me my body just seems to hate me My neurologist walked into the room and said “19? You are more like you are 99 than 19.” I feel ya- new body over here please ✋

I’m a walking pharmacy as well but can I say this? Don’t worry about it!!! If it keeps your body working properly, then take them. I used to work as a nurse before I couldn’t work. I remember telling others the same thing. I am now eating my own words but they are SO true. We take them to keep us feeling like we should so don’t feel bad about it and once you do start feeling better don’t stop taking them because they are the reason you do feel better. ❤️

I take melatonin sometimes to help with sleep. Sleep isn't always a easy thing for me to do naturally anymore.

I'm sorry you have to deal with that. I empathize with you on the waking pharmacy part—I'm 34 years old and on over 20 medicines. Doctors constantly antagonize me about it...

@mikl_pls I take 14 pills just in the morning alone.

@KerryK I think that's more or less how many I take in the morning too (13), 3 at noon, 2 at 2:00pm, and 14 at night. That's not including the 2 or 3 pills I have to take just to get to sleep.
