Struggling with Endometriosis Diagnosis and Treatment

Have you heard anything about ovarian/uterine cysts? They can cause pelvic exams to really hurt because they are basically wounds inside you

With my symptoms I really thought I would have endometriosis. I had surgery and they didn’t find anything. I was finally put on birth control that helped with my severe period symptoms. I found that a lot of my pelvic pain actually came from my ibs/ibd. There are many reasons why you may be in pain but maybe exploring with a gastroenterologist could help?

I agree with @wherzynwavy . If the exam hurt, idk how well the cream will help. Might need a bit extra help.

I'd look into seeing a pelvic floor PT or an Endo specialist or both if possible
