I have itched on and off for years but I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and even though there is no psoriasis, I itch everywhere but especially my scalp right at the crown. I take hydroxyzine, It is usually for anxiety. It helped with 20 msg but now it is not working and I take 60 some nights

I started with having my ears itch like crazy; also my head and my face. I've found out recently that itchy ears happens with menopause. This is another "fun" fact; it is hormonal in nature.

@Chosen1618 yes I do. Mainly in my entire feet, ankles, legs, hands and I have one spot on back that itches constantly. My boyfriend goes right to it every time. I don't even have to tell him. I pull my shirt up and he has to scratch it for a minute before the itch goes away. I have scars all over from scratching so much because the itch is inside. It's our nerves that make us itch.
