so I visited my doctor the other day. apparently I've been taking my antidepressants wrong and I was actually supposed to take a way higher dose. I think I feel alot better on it but at the same time I feel numb when something bad happens. like today I at work (I work retail) a customer was angry about a mistake I made and usually I'd just cry but today I was just kinda indifferent? does anyone else like understand this ?
yes! i understand. it can take a while for your body to adjust to a different dose. if you feel like this for way over two weeks and it really bothers you, i would suggest talking to your doctor again
yeah I think so cause Ive been feeling like that for a while like Im not even sad just meh
just remember to pay attention to how you feel regularly, maybe even log it if you have to, so you can notice the patterns more and know if/when you need a change!! 💖
