Hello everyone I am still dealing with this same migraine I have no way to get to the hospital or to a urgent care but I am wondering if there is anything I can try at home

Maybe benadryl? It's usually used w promethazine and a pain med, as a cocktail to replace the migraine pill.. I wish you the best but I'm not sure you will get relief until you can get into e.r. you have had this headache for a week or two haven't you? What all have you tried?
