I am lonely and sexually frustrated. I have a lot going on in my life at home that causes me to feel depressed.

That is never fun, I totally get that! You almost want or feel like you need romantic validation from someone else.

why are you so fixated on that, if you don’t mind me asking

Good question. I've never really had a relationship like that. Being lonely can lead to wanting that more. Including no friends and a screwed up family. So I feel alone in life. But this isn't the main reason why I'm depressed.

I’m sorry to hear that, you have my condolence’s, however I would focus on one thing at a time. You seem to know what is holding you back from being 100 percent. If you were to have an actual partner, I assume you would want the best for them. Which is why I believe, and as corny as it sounds, you should start with getting to know yourself. Not fixing your family life or your social life, but actively working for yourself. Like I could give you advice on how to talk to people, but that’s that’s only half of it, it has to come from you, out putting the good energy. It sounds hard, and it is speaking from your situation, but I believe your capable of it. For starters your seeking out advice, you want to better yourself, and that in its self shows your already improving. A more immediate tip is to not listen to online advice for flirting or “rizz” as those tactics works to dehumanize your preferred preference in partners. You also shouldn’t focus on sexual partners to that degree, as that will not solve your problems. It is when you find peace for yourself, you find others. Putting that good energy out their is attractive, and can also get you friends. You only live once, talk to anyone, and live a life to where you can be proud of it, and not look back in so much shame. It will be ok to mess up, and people will scoff at you, do not be discouraged. You have potential to better yourself for yourself, and you should start there. The journey is difficult, but you can eventually reach your own peace.
