I feel like while I'm no longer counting calories, I'm still eating very little. it seems like my body wants to sleep through most of the day so I only end up eating one meal. And while I know I'm underweight, I would hate to gain anything :(

Maybe instead of gaining weight, you could think of it as nourishing your body. This nourishment will give you the energy to dance, sing, and overall enjoy the life you were given!
