      Oh no 😥 this reminds me of how my anxiety started too. You may want to try Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or just speaking to a Therapist to help redirect your mind. You can start by watching youtube videos. My favorite Therapist on YouTube is: https://youtube.com/@TherapyinaNutshell

        @catlover55 I'm trying. It'd be easier if I didn't have a constant reminder (I'm covered in very itchy hives) and I knew what I'm reacting to! Plus I'm supposed to start a steroid tomorrow morning to help my body fight it or whatever and Im so scared of that, I hate taking meds, it takes me like 10 mins just to take my anti anxiety :(
