      I feel you on this but it's hard when you don't have any energy and food just doesn't taste good tho that just might be depression for me. I hope you are able to and it works for you. All best wishes.

        @Eliveos for me I'm worried about my stress eating. I never like, binge eat, but I'll impussivly eat a little too much or eat random stuff.
