My dog, breathing deeply, naps, keeping busy, embroidery, funny shows, not so funny shows, fuzzy blankets

In my journal I have small squares dividing the page and each one has the bare minimum of what I need to do with simple check boxes. I wake up and write what times I take my meds and feed the cat, the activity or chore I want to try to do, and my meal options so I dont have to think too much about it when jts time to eat. And through the day I look at it and mark things off. Its really simple but effective for me I just need a watch with alarms.
Planners, reminders, alarms, sticky notes, things where I can see them, timers, and sticker chart (rewarding and makes things a game, yes mentally I’m a child haha)
I also take medication for my bipolar disorder and it's helping a lot but I'm looking to see if I can take something else with it to help with other issues I have
That's a big question to answer lol. I recently moved into a new house which was super stressful but I've found that just being able to do my own thing without commotion or anyone yelling has helped a lot. I've also been able to establish a solid routine to help me feel organized and more at ease. I'd say find the best thing that helps you, whether that's keeping a planner to remind yourself to do smaller things like dishes, showering, etc, or changing up what you eat. I recently switched from coffee to matcha and it's made my head a lot clearer. Just little things like that have helped me a lot, so just explore a little bit and find what's best for you.
