I dislocated my hip yet again yesterday. I'm in agony. I do physiotherapy every day to strengthen all the muscles around my hip and I am having less frequent dislocations. But I hate permanently worrying when I'll next be debilitated. Has anyone found anything else other than physio and strength training to help?

I agree, i find tapping helps me feel less stressed and more supported. I was seeing a private physiotherapist and was about to get fitted for some leggings that are designed for people with hEDs. That might help

Sorry that's happening, I'm in the same boat. I'm constantly trying to strengthen my joints to keep things from going out of place and it sometimes feels like that really isn't enough. I also supplement my pt exercises with kinsio taping and other bracing methods. If your skin can handle the taping, it's very much worth it and helps keep my joints in place!

Hopefully it feels better soon. I have a back injury.
