Can IBS mimic a stomach virus?

i take dicyclomine to help with stomach cramping. if you have a GI doc, i’d suggest asking them about it!

Ok, good that I'm not alone on that then. I've been feeling like I'm getting bad food poisoning almost every day and it hurts so bad and I have horrible cramps and feel like throwing up. It's the worst
