I am a working mum of a 4 Yr old and married to my husband of 5 years...he's had a history of previously diagnosed depression and undiagnosed bipolar disorder....and recently diagnosed general anxiety disorder.... I'm trying to find coping mechanisms and relationship nurturing ways to address to repeated cycle of episodes he has which effects his employment his behaviours as well as his mental health...of late very very forgetful anxious currently on sertraline ... all suggestions welcome
